Most Operations Assessments are completed within 1–2 weeks. Backbone Project Build timelines vary by scope and are outlined during the Discovery Call. Operations Partner is an ongoing monthly retainer with no end date.

Most clients start there since it gives us a clear, documented starting point. If you already know exactly what you need built or want ongoing support, we can discuss starting with a Backbone Project Build or Operations Partner retainer instead.

Backbone Project Build is designed for that. A defined scope, like SOP documentation or workflow setup, with no ongoing retainer required.

I take on standalone projects for clients who need hands-on execution. Examples include: newsletters/ blogs, deck formatting, document cleanup or inbox/calendar management. We can discuss your exact needs during our Discovery Call.

I use the tools, programs and apps my clients already use. The work lives within their ecosystem. That way when the work ends, the client owns the work and there is no back-and-forth or transfer of data required.

I use a secure password manager to store sensitive information.

I work with small business owners from a variety of backgrounds. I enjoy the diversity provided by different industries. Most operational systems and processes translate well across different markets. We can discuss how this applies to you during our Discovery Call.

I incorporate AI processes as it makes sense to do so. It is my belief that AI should be used to enhance the work, not replace human integrity.

Services may include AI-assisted tools and processes, with all work reviewed and approved by Denise Maples before delivery.
